Q: Are the keyrings printed single sided or double sided?
A: Printed Single Sided
Q: Can I choose the colors of the tassles?
A: No, the tassles we buy only comes in as a mix of colors. We do try to match the colors to the color of the artwork.
Q: Does the keyrings only come with rings, or can we add clips?
A: For now, we only offer rings but are looking at offering different shaped clips in the future.
Q: Do you add epoxy to the keyrings?
A: No, epoxy is quite expensive and we have found better solutions to print onto the acrylic with waterproof, scratch proof and sun proof printing at a more affordable rate.
Q: If I order 2 designs @10 does the discount apply?
A: No, unfortunately the discount only applies per artwork. If you order @20 of Artwork 1, and @10 of Artwork 2. Then the discount will apply only to Artwork 1.

printing and template recommendations

1. We recommend uploading your files in either .jpg, .png, .pdf or .psd.
2. At this stage we will not be adjusting your files for printing. Insure your files are correct.
3. For the best color accuracy CMYK is the suggested color format choice.
4. Include a bleed line for all files. Whether it's for a key chain or poster.
5. We are still working on creating templates for each product, you might not be able to find a template or guideline for every product at this stage. Head over to TEMPLATES to see what the best setup is for the desired product you are ordering.
